Pantry Board thankful to community

The Pantry Board would like to offer our sincere thanks to all of the community spirited members of Oxford Church of Christ who volunteered to served 577 Households for a total of 1344 people in the month of November.
Many thanks and appreciation to:
Our Chamber of Commerce for their Food Drive. The OWLS Motorcycle Club donated 800 pounds of canned goods. The Oxford High School Navy/Marine Corps ROTC donated 1,200 pounds of dry and canned goods. Thanks to “Rebels for Christ,” Wesley Foundation and CRU Campus Ministries, US Postal Service, and Links Apartments for their food drives. Walmart, Panera Bakery Café, and Kroger for their food donations.
Many thanks to the Ole Miss Nutrition Classes for their volunteer service. Ole Miss Journalism School “Intoduction to Mass Communication” class provided a redesigned and updated Brochure and publicity flier for the Pantry.
Donate in honor of a loved one with a Christmas Pantry donation gift card. These cards are available at the Origin Bank located at 312 University Avenue in Oxford.
The Pantry is located at 713 Molly Barr Road in Oxford. The Pantry cell number is 662-832-8001.
The Pantry is open on Tuesdays from 9 to 10 a.m. for donations. On Wednesdays for clients under the age of 65, and on Thursdays for clients 65 and older from 9 to 11 a.m.
When dropping off donations please sign the “Donor Book” and include a correct mailing address if you would like a tax receipt for your gift. Thanks for your support and please enjoy a healthy and happy holiday! Merry Christmas!
