The Thacker Mountain Radio Hour, the long-running music and literary show, will return to Tupelo’s Link Centre on Saturday, at 7:30 p.m. Guests will include British travel writer Richard Grant, bluesman Sam Mosley and The Kit Thorn Band.

The show is hosted by Jim Dees and house band, the Yalobushwhackers. The program is free and open to the public.

Following the radio recording, Mosley and the Kit Thorn Band will each perform additional brief sets.

The Link Centre Concert Hall is located at 1800 West Main Street.

There will be no live broadcast; this show will air on Saturday, Aug. 20, at 7 p.m., on Mississippi Public Broadcasting heard locally on WMAE 89.5 FM. Information on the Thacker Mountain Radio Hour is available at thackermountain.com.
