Man charged with third DUI, a felony

The Oxford Police Department arrested a Nesbit man Sunday for allegedly driving while under the influence of alcohol for the third time within five years.
A DUI becomes a felony DUI if it’s a suspect’s third DUI.
Robert Dees, 49, was charged with felony DUI and taken to the Lafayette County Detention Center where he was booked on a $2,500 bond.
