OXFORD — John Lester “Johnny” Holloway, age 60, died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley with the Rev. Fred Eakes officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday at Seven Oaks Funeral Home, which is in charge of arrangements.

Born in Oxford, he was a member of First Baptist Church of Water Valley and was the founder of Dream Riders Biking for Children Charity Organization. He was a self-employed motorcycle mechanic who enjoyed riding his motorcycles, and was passionate about helping others, especially children.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Andrea “Collie” Holloway Dykes.

He is survived by his wife, Toni Jean Holloway of Oakland; two daughters, Leslie Holloway and Lauren Holloway, both of Water Valley; two sons, Brent Holloway of Madison and Wyatt Holloway of Oakland; and four grandchildren.
