Sunset Series rolls on with the Swinging Prevaricators this Sunday

The Summer Sunset Series continues this Sunday (June 13) after a hugely successful opening performance by the Mississippians Jazz Combo last week in the Grove. YAC’s Oxford Songwriter’s Showcase had to cancel for this Sunday but the new band, The Swinging Prevaricators, is filling in. Community unites with Ole Miss

OXFORD TOWN – Community members recently participated in the “Tag You’re It!” program with the help of Ole Miss art students. The mural created at the event will hang on the side of the Powerhouse as a beacon identifying the facility as an art center.  (February 24, 2010, Page 16)
