Joseph Arthur rocks Proud Larry’s Saturday, June 2

The Akron, Ohio, native, Joseph Arthur (pictured), has dug deeply into the lyrical world and is bringing his vast catalog of songs to Oxford for a show at Proud Larry’s on Saturday (June 2). Doors open at 8 p.m and Arthur is scheduled to take the stage at 9:45. Tickets for the show are $12 and are being sold online at proudlarrys.com. Audience gives thumbs up to festival lineup

Ticket sales were slightly down for Friday’s paid Double Decker music but crowds were up on Saturday as crowd favorites such as Jimbo Mathus, Patterson Hood, Funky Meters and Mavis Staples took to the Caterpillar Main Stage.
