Rebels strike gold against UTEP
Prior to the season, Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze was asked what his thoughts were on the Rebels playing host to perennial power Texas during Week 3.
Without skipping a beat, Freeze replied “Are we 2-0?”
As it turns out, the Rebels are.

Freeze happy Greer finds way onto scoresheet
Ole Miss coach Hugh Freeze lit up during his post game press conference when asked about H.R. Greer’s touchdown catch.
The 3-yard pass and catch from quarterback Bo Wallace marked just his second career touchdown and capped Ole Miss’ scoring for the night with 11:18 remaining in the game.
After coming out of the backfield, Greer caught Wallace’s pass and was able to beat UTEP’s defenders and dive over the front right pylon of the end zone for the touchdown. (September 10, 2012, Page 1B)
