FBI agent files suit against former U.S. Attorney
Philip “Hal” Halbert Neilson, the former FBI supervising agent for the Oxford office, has filed a suit in the Circuit Court of Lafayette County against retired U.S. Attorney Jim Greenlee, claiming Greenlee did everything in his power to “destroy” Neilson while he was in office.
