Tunica-Rosa Fort Lions

Rosa Fort Lions too quick for LHS

A fast start to Friday’s home game for the Lafayette Commodores was negated by the quickness of the Tunica-Rosa Fort Lions. Lafayette led 9-2 in the early moments of the Division  2-4A contest but after a surge from the Lions later in the first quarter, the Commodores were never able to catch up. The end result was a 70-48 win for the Lions, who improved to 4-0 in 2-4A play and sent the Commodores to 8-6 overall and 1-3 in 2-4A.
