Anderson Road traffic light to become flashing light

To help control the bottlenecking on West Jackson Avenue, the traffic light at the intersection of Anderson Road and West Jackson will become a flashing light with the light flashing yellow on West Jackson Avenue and red flashing light on Anderson road. (April 1, 2015, Page 3A)
