    Reviews have been mixed since the movie “The Help” came out, and Staff Writer Melanie Addington takes a look at some of the reasoning behind the different approaches.           ‘The Help’ premiers; opens Aug. 10

          OXFORD TOWN – The new film “The Help” opens Aug. 10 and many critics around the country have already seen it and are screaming its accolades. The Mississippi premiere took place in Jackson and the Oxford Film Freak was there along with James Meredith and Gov. Haley Barbour.
