Sewer pipe closes Bickerstaff
Heavy rains blamed for pipe failure on Bickerstaff Drive. City officials say the road will be closed between Oxford Station and Cambridge Station apartments for about a week until the pipe and road are repaired. (September 5, 2012, Page 1)
