Lynch’s Lawyer asks court for new date for sentencing

Tony Farese, lawyer of former narcotics officer Searn Lynch, filed a motion Wednesday to delay Lynch’s June 24 sentence due to its conflict with another case the lawyer is involved with. Lynch was charged with obtaining prescription medicines by using deception in April. (June 7, 2013, Page 8A)
