Pillault’s lawyer: School threats weren’t serious

Roy Percy, lawyer of Joshua Brandon Pillault, posted a Notice of Offer of Stipulation explaining that Pillault’s online threats to Oxford High School should not be interpreted as more than careless joking. Pillault was arrested on Oct. 8, 2012 and charged with domestic terrorism after making these threats via online video game “Runescape”  to fellow players. (June 7, 2013, Page 8A)
