Old Taylor bridge to be closed Monday

The Old Taylor Road bridge will be closed Monday for the summer while MDOT widens the bridge in preparation for new roundabouts at each end of the bridge. A temporary bypass has been built from Old Taylor Road, crossing through the former Whirlpool complex, and connecting to Coliseum Boulevard. (May 9, 2014, Page 1A, 9A)
