South Lamar work nears end
Work on South Lamar is hopefully nearing an end with paving expected to start in the next two weeks and be completed by the end of August. The Pathways Phase 2 bike path project began in June to put 11 miles of bike baths and on Oxford’s roads. However, D. Carroll Construction has hit some snags a long the way.
