Oxford teams earn sweep in ‘O’ Town opener
Fast only partial describes the way the Oxford Lady Chargers looked and played in the first half of their 70-49 win over North Panola in their first game of the “O” Town Showdown Wednesday night. Oxford’s energy, merged with its fantastic full-court press on defense, was smothering to the Lady Cougars, who found themselves down 30 points (35-5) at end of the first quarter. Five Chargers qualify for State
