Kendricks stepping down as OHS track coach
One of the most successful coaches at Oxford High School throughout the past 13 years is stepping away from one of his roles.
Scott Kendricks, who has led the Chargers to five state championships in track, and most recently helped guide the Chargers to a cross-country title in 2011, has resigned from his post as head boy’s track coach, effective immediately. (June 1, 2012, Page 7A)

Oxford track meet rescheduled
The Regional 1-5,6A track meets that were scheduled to be held Saturday at Oxford’s Bobby Holcomb Field has been moved to Monday to avoid the inclement weather scheduled for the Oxford area on Saturday.
