      The 2nd Annual Oxford Endurance Weekend cranks up Friday, Aug. 5

      OXFORD TOWN – The cover of this week’s Oxford Town features SmartSync Oxford Endurance Weekend, a jam packed weekend of endurance races, which begins at the University Museum with the Rowan Oak 5K on Friday and ends Sunday on the Oxford Square with the Oxford Square Criterium. Page 6 in this issue has a schedule, photos and other details about the upcoming full weekend of endurance races as athletes around the country invade Oxford with their bikes and triathlon gear. The races promise to be spectator-friendly and exciting and everyone is invited to attend. (August 4, 2011, Page 6)
