Former OHS student to be sentenced in March

Nine months after pleading guilty, former Oxford High School student, Joshua Brandon Pillault will be sentenced for making online threats against the school more than a year ago. Sentencing is set for March 6 at the Federal Courthouse in Oxford. (February 4, 2014, Page 14)

    Pillault pleads guilty to OHS threats

    A man accused of making threats against Oxford High School while playing an online game last year pleaded guilty Thursday  in federal court.
    Joshua Brandon Pillault, 20, pleaded guilty to one count of making threats in interstate and foreign commerce in the U.S. District Court in Oxford. Pillault attended OHS but did not graduate. According to the indictment he made online threats against the school to others while playing “Runescape.” A sentencing hearing will be held at a later date pending the completion of a presentencing report.
