Rebels return home to ‘overwhelming’ turnout

Once the news was out on the Ole Miss baseball team’s official Twitter account that the Rebels would be arriving back at Swayze Field at approximately 6 p.m. on Tuesday night from Lafayette, La., third baseman Austin Anderson knew fans would show up. (June 12, 2014, Page 2B)

    Trent keeps his cool under pressure

    LAFAYETTE, La. — There was no escaping the magnitude of the moment.
    The only choice Ole Miss had Sunday if it wanted to extend its season was to win. The Rebels were humbled in a 9-5 loss in the opening game of the Lafayette Super Regional on Saturday, putting their season on the verge of extinction.

      Bianco: ‘Our resume is pretty darn good’
