ECRU — The Lafayette girls basketball team’s gameplan against North Pontotoc’s 6-foot-3 center Chelsea Mabry worked well in Friday’s District 2-4A Division Tournament championship game at North Pontotoc gym.

Amongst double teams most of the game, Mabry managed to put up 11 points on the night, but it was her teammates who ultimately secured a 56-49 win for the No. 1 seed Lady Vikings over the No. 3 seed Lady ‘Dores.
