Chargers open 5A playoffs with win over NCHS Rockets
Oxford’s playoff run to capture a sixth straight state championship began Monday afternoon with a 7-0 win over Neshoba Central at Avent Park. The Chargers improved to 17-0 with the win over the Rockets, who were unable to score points in four of the seven matches overall.

The funk that the Oxford baseball team found itself mired in at the end of the regular season is officially over. Confident Chargers looking for series win
Confidence is something the Oxford Chargers gained throughout the season as they won their way to a division title. The Chargers gained another measure of confidence last weekend in the second round of the Class 5A playoffs with a sweep of Hernando.
