Appeal denied again for Williams
Convicted killer David Jackson Williams has been denied for a second time by the Mississippi Court of Appeals.
On Tuesday, six of the nine Court of Appeal Judges voted against granting Williams’ request for a rehearing. (April 22, 2010, Page 2)
Judge asks to be temporarily removed

Senior Status Judge Kay Cobb has asked the Mississippi Supreme Court to temporarily remove her from active assignments and has recused herself in the current active case to which she was recently assigned to avoid conflict with being the chairwoman of the newly established Tea Party Oxford.
