Bringing film projects back home
Last night a table read of the script “Beulah” was read by local actors at the Powerhouse as a kick-off to the Oxford Film Festival. The event also was part of an announcement that the $5 million project will be made in Mississippi and financed by Ole Miss former student Tom Humbarger and produced by New Albany native Hudson Hickman.
