Mannequin pair offer quirky greeting
Beth Doty had decorated two mannequins on her balcony of her University Avenue home for 12 years. The two “girls” have developed a following and are now one of Oxford’s Game Day traditions. (November 9, 2012, Page 1B, 2B)
