Oxford Police Department announces new deputy chief; majors
OPD Chief Joey East announced that Kevin Stark will now serve as deputy chief for the department at the Tuesday night Board of Aldermen meeting. Also promoted were James Owens from captain to Major of Operations and Sheridan Maiden from master sergeant to Major of Administration. (February 6, 2013, Page 2)
