Game day coming – again and again and again

An opening stretch of four road games in five outings, including a rare back-to-back trip to the state of Alabama to play Alabama and Auburn is past. Now, as Editor Don Whitten points out, it’s time for the stretch of six straight home games over a seven-week period to begin. Will it pay off for the Rebels? What about for the Lafayette-Oxford-University community? “Are you ready?” is certainly an appropriate question. (October 7, 2013, Page 4A)
