Corinth blows past Commodores

CORINTH — The Lafayette Commodores were hoping to end a two-game losing streak and keep their season alive Tuesday night when they faced the Corinth Warriors in the opening round of the MHSAA Class 4A playoffs. Neither came true as the Warriors defeated Lafayette in dominant fashion by a score of 81-50 at the Corinth High gym. (February 26, 2014, Page 6)

    Lafayette girls fall in region championship

    SENATOBIA — It was a disappointing night for Lafayette basketball inside the Senatobia High gym Friday.
