The emphasis of daily work, and improving every day, has been the biggest focal point for Lafayette High’s baseball team. Amory coach Chad Williams found out first hand why folks were calling Lafayette pitcher Luke Stanley a tough staff ace to face.

The Lafayette High School baseball team moved one step closer to locking up a playoff spot with a pair of wins against Rosa Fort on Tuesday evening.
