        1,000 jobs headed to Oxford?

        Employment at Oxford’s Winchester ammunition-making plant may grow by 1,000 jobs over the next thee to five years if the Olin Corp., an East Alton, Ill.-based company, decides to move its Centerfire ammunition manufacturing operation here. A report from East Alton says the company is considering moving the jobs to Oxford. (August 6, 2010, Page 1A)
