    Jackson Row construction to begin again

    The Oxford Planning Commission approved a request to extend a special exception permit for Jackson Row which has sat dormant for more than two years. The new developers promised to have work started by June 1. (April 14, 2015, Page 1)

      Back on track?

      Plans to complete two building projects that have stalled and left holes in Oxford’s downtown are back on track, according to developers.

          Easements OK’d above, below ground

          The Oxford Board of Aldermen approved a builder’s request for easements for air space for a large crane to swing over city property and to dig partially under city right-of-way for an underground parking garage for the Jackson Row development on East Jackson Avenue. (April 3, 2014, Page 1)
