Jackson named ICC’s Male Athlete of the Week
Former Water Valley Blue Devil C.J. Jackson was named Itawamba Community College’s Male Athlete of the Week Monday after he registered 11 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss and two sacks in the Indians’ 39-9 win over Mississippi Delta Sept. 13. Through three games, the freshman linebacker has been one of ICC’s leading tacklers, racking up 25 total tackles along with 2.5 sacks and 5.5 tackles for loss. (September 18, 2012, Page 7)
