Ford Center releases awesome 2010-11 schedule
OXFORD TOWN –The Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts brings classic Broadway, fun family shows and big-name performers to the University of Mississippi for the 2010-11 season. Singer Amy Grant (pictured) will perform on Friday, Oct. 8, at 8 p.m. Additional Ford Series performances, all beginning at 8 p.m., include the musicals “Fiddler on the Roof” on Nov. 9, “Oklahoma!” on Nov. 19, “Forever Plaid” on Jan. 22 and “A Chorus Line” on March 26, just to name a few. Golden Dragons invade Ford Center

Annual benefit concert Tuesday
OXFORD TOWN – Comprised of both the symphonic band and followed by the wind ensemble, The Pride of the South Ole Miss band will hold its annual benefit concert at the Gertrude C.
