Judge denies electrician’s motion

A Circuit Court judge denied recently a motion by Bubba Mize to dismiss an indictment for felon malicious mischief and a motion to grant sanctions against the District Attorney’s Office. (December 6, 2011, Page 3)

      Grand jury indicts Mize for malicious mischief
