Hard work behind the scenes pays off
A lot of work was done behind the scenes over the last few months on “Project Duke,” which helped bring Olin Corp.’s Winchester Centerfire Operations and 1,000 jobs to Oxford and Lafayette County. 1,000 jobs headed to Oxford?
Employment at Oxford’s Winchester ammunition-making plant may grow by 1,000 jobs over the next thee to five years if the Olin Corp., an East Alton, Ill.-based company, decides to move its Centerfire ammunition manufacturing operation here.
