Goo Goo Dolls set to rock the Grove

OXFORD TOWN – On Sunday, April 3, the Goo Goo Dolls will headline a free concert sponsored by the Student Programming Board and Department of Campus Programming on the campus of the University of Mississippi. The opening act for the four-time Grammy nominated band from Buffalo, N.Y., will be Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors, a rising rock band from Nashville. The concert will begin at 5 p.m. and is set for the Grove Stage. Page 9 in this week’s issue of Oxford Town has full details about Sunday evening’s rock in the Grove. (March 31, 2011, Page 7)

    Tim Meadows at the Ford Center

    The University of Mississippi Student Programming Board and Department of Campus Programming present former Saturday Night Live cast member Tim Meadows at the Ford Center. Meadows starred in The Ladies Man and is a regular on The Colbert Report. Tickets are available at the UM Box Office in the Student Union, $10 for UM students and $15 for the public. (March 26, 2010)
