After 20 years, work begins

Work on the continuous flow intersection at Highway 6 and West Jackson Avenue has begun, although it is in the very early stages of construction. Nighttime and Sunday working hours will be necessary for the contractor to complete the job by the expected August 2015 date. (July 3, 2014, Page 1)

    Water line shift could affect thousands
