City OKs texting, driving policy

The Oxford Board of Aldermen voted Tuesday to change the Employee Handbook to state that if an employee driving a city vehicle is involved in a wreck while he or she texting, the employee will be sanctioned with a Class 3 offense. (July 2, 2014, Page 1)
