Ed funding vote shows lawmakers’ feelings

Editor Tim Phillips writes that while it wasn’t a big surprise, it was disappointing to see the Mississippi House of Representatives vote for education funding more than $205 million under what would have been fully funding the Mississippi Adequate Education Program. (February 23, 2015, Page 4)
