It has, indeed, been a week since the news first broke about the IHL board deciding to not extend University of Mississippi Chancellor Dan Jones’ contract, What have we learned and, more importantly, what will we do with that information?     Students march for change

    University of Mississippi students, staff and faculty joined together Tuesday in a march that ended at the very statue that was defiled almost two and half weeks ago. University officials are still deciding what to do with the students who were involved in the James Meredith incident on Feb. 16. (March 5, 2014, Page 1)

      25K reward offered in defiling of Meredith statue

      The Ole Miss Alumni Association is offering at $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the two individuals involved in the defiling of the James Meredith statue on campus. Students on campus are responding with meetings to talk about further prevention of racially charged incidents. (February 18, 2014, Page 1)
