C Spire case ends abruptly

At a court hearing Wednesday afternoon, C Spire withdrew its petition for a protection order it filed Tuesday afternoon at the Lafayette County Chancery Court in an attempt to keep the city of Oxford from making a proposed franchise agreement available to the public and local media. (November 13, 2013, Page 1, 2)

    C Spire takes Oxford to court

          Double Decker lineup announced

          The Friday night music show will be free this year with no ticketed event planned. It will be swan-song performance for Blue Mountain who recently announced they would be splitting up.
