        Budget review process begins

        The Oxford Board of Aldermen began the budget review process Monday meeting with several department heads to go over their proposed budgets, including the Oxford Conference Center which reported such a large increase in revenue it needs less city funds this year to cover its expenses. (July 8, 2014, Page 1)
