- Calvin Fox — 55, died Thursday at his residence in Oxford. Arrangements are incomplete with Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home in Oxford.
- Don Ralph McPherson — 76, died Wednesday, May 5, 2010, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Moores Memorial Cemetery in Teoc. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Williams and Lord Funeral Home in Greenwood.
