  • Ray Charles Cunningham — 56, died Sunday, July 1, 2012, at North Vista Hospital in Las Vegas. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Cooley’s Mortuary Chapel in Batesville, with Minister Dameon Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at the Springhill ASA Cemetery in Courtland. Visitation will be held prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Arthur D. Ivy — 70, died Monday at his residence in Abbeville. Arrangements are incomplete with Kenneth I. Roberson Funeral Home of Pontotoc.
  • Howard M. McLain Sr. — 91, died Monday, July 9, 2012, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Waller Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford, with the Rev. Tim Fortner officiating. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. The visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Glen Talf Mynatt — 81, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at his home in Potts Camp. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Coleman Funeral Home Chapel in Oxford, with Bro. Bobby McKay officiating. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
