Blue Devils ready for tough road opener

Water Valley football coach Brad Embry is pleased with the progress his program has made and said that the Blue Devils are ready to take on larger classification schools in early games in an effort to get better as the season goes along. 50th reunion for undefeated team this weekend

Members of the undefeated 1962 Ole Miss Rebels will reuniting this weekend during the Ole Miss vs. University of Texas game. Several events are planned to honor the only teams in Ole Miss’s history to have a perfect season. (September 14, 2012, Page 1B, 8B)
