Homeless Task Force to meet Sunday
In an attempt to address the growing needs of Lafayette County’s homeless and displaced persons, the Homeless Task Force will be meeting on Sunday to update those attending on current projects and get some ideas for future ones. More than just a free meal
After four months of running the “More than a Meal” program that serves a hot dinner to the area’s needy, the volunteer organization formed four committees during a meeting Monday night that include public relations, fund raising, picking up donations and a building committee.
