  • Robert Warren “Bob” Dixon — 53, died Friday at his home in Oxford. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Coleman Funeral Home Chapel of Oxford.
  • Mary Louise Harris — 93, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011, at her residence. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held for an hour and a half prior to the service at the church. Riles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
  • Judy Ann Harwell-Woods — 50, of Oxford died this morning at Baptist-Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi. Arrangements are incomplete with Serenity-Martin Funeral Home of Oxford.
  • Pearlie Mae Herod — 100, died Thursday at Graceland Care Center. Arrangements are incomplete with Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home.
  • Lorieta Mogford Joslin — 94, died Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home of Oxford. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held for an hour and half prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Harold T. Lovelady — 82, died Saturday at his home in Water Valley. Arrangements are incomplete with Waller Funeral Home in Oxford.
  • Louis Eugene Traylor — 79, died Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Olive Branch. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill South Cemetery. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service at the church. Forest Hill South Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4 until 6 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home and for an hour and a half prior to the service at the church.
  • Annie Lucinda Owens — 67, died Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at East St. Peter Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 to 6:30 this evening at the Serenity-Martin Funeral Home in Oxford, and two hours prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
  • Pearlie Mae Vaughn — 100, died Thursday at Graceland Care Center in Oxford. Arrangements are incomplete with Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home of Oxford.
  • Marie Elaine Williams Woodall — 68, died Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2011, at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 2, 2011 at I.O.O.F. cemetery with Bro. Ronny Miller officiating. There will be no formal visitation.   • William Loy Brown — 92, died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011, at St. Dominic’s Hospital in Jackson. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at North Oxford Baptist Church. Burial will follow in North Oxford Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 5 until 7 p.m. at Waller Funeral Home and for one hour prior to the service at the church on Sunday.
