- Wanda Fae Crawley — 63, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at her home in Batesville. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Wells Funeral Home Chapel in Batesville. Burial will follow in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
- Frank James Ellis — 65, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2013, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-DeSoto in Southaven. Services were held Saturday at the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel in Holly Springs. Burial followed at the Free Branch M.B. Church Cemetery in Holly Springs.
- Roscoe Gandy — 86, died at his home near Oxford on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013. There will be no funeral service. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford was in charge of local arrangements.
- Raymond Neely — 51, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at his home in Water Valley. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Spring Hill North Church in Water Valley. Burial will follow in the Green Goshen Cemetery in Yalobusha County. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service at the church.
