  • Margie L. Archie — 71, died Sunday at her residence in Etta. Arrangements are incomplete with the Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home in Oxford.
  • Marjorie Ann Norwood Barner — 85, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at Hermitage Gardens in Southaven. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home in Oxford. Burial will follow in Oxford Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held for two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Bessie R. Buford — 78, died Saturday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. Arrangements are incomplete with Hodges-Freeman Funeral Home of Oxford.
  • Arylss Ann Henderson Callicutt — 75, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at her home. Services will be held at 1 this afternoon at First Baptist Church in Holly Springs. Coleman Funeral Home of Oxford is in charge of arrangements.
  • Wallace Bernard Cason Jr.— 91, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at Darlington Oaks Hospice in Verona. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Waller Funeral Home in Oxford. The graveside service will be held in Stoneville Cemetery at 4:30 p.m. in Leland. Visitation will be held for one hour and a half prior to the service at the funeral home.
  • Hugh M. Goforth — 79, died this morning at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis. Arrangements are incomplete with Waller Funeral Home in Oxford.
  • Forest Robin Peacock — 50, died Thursday, April 25, 2013, near his home. The family plans to hold a memorial service at a later date. Seven Oaks Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of arrangements.
  • Lynda Bagguley Pipkin — 61, died Saturday, April 27, 2013, at her home in Coffeeville. Services will be held at 2 this afternoon at Coffeeville United Methodist Church in Coffeeville. Burial will follow in the Coffeeville City Cemetery. Seven Oaks Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of arrangements.
  • Clarence Edward Rowsey — 60, died Friday at his residence in Water Valley. Arrangements are incomplete with Serenity-Martin Funeral Home of Oxford.
  • Amy Harper Valentine — 44, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013, in Homewood. Services were held Sunday at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Homewood. Burial followed at the Harmony Baptist Church cemetery in Anniston, Ala. Ridout’s Valley Chapel in Homewood was in charge of the arrangements.
